Please consider this letter a formal letter of recommendation for Class C Components. Zero Zone’s refrigeration systems plant in Ramsey has worked with Class C Components for the past five years and Class C has progressively earned more and more of Zero Zone Ramsey’s trust and business.
Five years ago Class C began supplying Zero Zone’s Ramsey plant with various indirect production supplies such as tapes, adhesives, and cable ties. Class C Components and Zero Zone have grown together since and Zero Zone Ramsey now has has Class C manage a complex supplier managed inventory program that contains fasteners, panel shop tools and accessories, control wire, tapes, adhesives, cleaning supplies, safety, and maintenance supplies. Class C Components distrubutes many quality name brands including 3M, Hellerman-Tyton, and Lennox Saw Blades.
Class C Components inside sales and outside sales groups consists of great people who are eager to provide solutions to day to day problems faced. They are constantly benchmarking the level of service they provide. Class C’s VMI associates truly care about ensuring their accounts have a continuious source of supply, are cross-trained to fill-in for one another, coached by management, and trained to think beyond the min/max system to make recommendations if items are moving faster than normal or if business is slowing down. A useful tool the associates use in ensuring the right material is in the right place at the right time is the scanning and bar coding system that they use that communicates with their system.
It is with great recommendation that we recommend Class C Components as a new supplier or customer.
