SUPPLIER QUALITY SCORECARD
By tracking % Pcs Accepted, IDEX Health & Science Middleboro will update and review Supplier Quality Ratings on a Monthly basis.
Please note that in our effort to work together with our suppliers for continuous improvement, IDEX Health & Science Middleboro has recently raised its Quality Rating Standards Bar. The ratings are defined as:
98% - 100% = GOLD (Preferred)
90% - 97% = SILVER (Acceptable)
85% - 89% = BRONZE (Conditional)
Please submit a corrective action plan within 30 days of receipt of this scorecard if your Quality rating is below 85%.
Supplier Ratings are used to help make sourcing decisions with our primary focus being on continuous improvement.
