I would like to take this opportunity and provide you with a sterling recommendation for Class C Components in regard to their JIT/VMI service they provide for us here at Robolube, Inc. We spent significant time and investment in finding the best supplier to serve our needs. I can say enthusiastically that Class C delivered as promised and well beyond expectations. 

In April of 09 our supply chain group provided a market basket to the key players related to fastener and MRO in the region. Class C saved us 19% over our incumbent, provided significant consolidation in all areas of our needs including made to print fasteners, shipping supplies, safety, janitorial, adhesives, abrasives and cutting tools and more. Overall savings was a great but they customized a program and the transition was outstanding, smooth and required little or no work on our end. They even provided office personnel to switch the sku’s to their vendor number in our system.

During this time period, the service reps have been outstanding the inside contacts on new projects and RFQ’s couldn’t be more talented and professional. They have become indispensable to our supply chain group and we have also experienced a great deal of value added engineering which has positively impacted our bottom line with the expertise of Ron Jarvis our outside contact. They are a great team to work with at all levels.
