Purpose of Position
The purpose of the Entry Level Outside Sales Representative / Marketing Support position is to plan and implement the company’s marketing strategies including developing and coordinating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, establishing new business opportunities with collaborative partners and coordinating with internal staff.

Specific Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit objectives.
- Developing sales of assigned product groups.
- Generate sales of all product lines within new or existing accounts.
- Establishing new accounts within the appropriate geographic territory.
- Work jointly with Class C Components employees, as well as Manufacturer Representatives
to sell various product lines.
- Develop quotations for customers within corporate profit objectives and guidelines.
2. Marketing Responsibilities:
- Participation in marketing planning and strategizing for The Company’s product lines.
- Implementation of marketing strategies as requested.
- Provide feedback on pricing, service, new products, quality, customer needs, and competition
to the appropriate departments within the Company.

3. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue.

|
4. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Promote and maintain the image and reputation of Class C Components, ensuring customer
satisfaction.
- Resolve problems and complaints quickly.

|
5. Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with suppliers.
|
|
6. Assess, evaluate, and establish new business opportunities.
|
|
7. Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities.
|
|
8. Plan and implement all aspects of the company’s marketing strategies, objectives and actions.
|
|
9. Identify change in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluate, adjust, or redefine the organization's marketing plans accordingly.
|
|
10. Listen and respond to client product and service needs. Coordinate customer needs with Class C Components services. Duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing sales.

|
11. Collaborate with internal staff to resolve customer issues/problems.
|
|
12. Attend and assist with sales meetings. Attend trade shows as requested.
|
|
13. Submit accurate, timely documentation of expenses, account activities, and other information as requested.
|
|
14. Perform other work related duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
|
Ideal Qualifications:
Relationship orientated. Experience with MS Office. Web design and Adobe Illustrator experience a plus.
